What we're looking for: 01 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Work environment & physical requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting and repetitive assembly work Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed Requires visual focus and attention for product inspection Some areas may not be climate-controlled (heat, dust, etc.) Light movement throughout the facility as needed Perks for the ones who keep it moving: Good pay. Your job, straight up: Assemble and test electromechanical components using hand tools and equipment Follow detailed specifications, processes, and procedures Perform quality control checks to ensure product accuracy Troubleshoot issues and perform repairs or rework as needed Escalate production or assembly issues to the supervisor Maintain a clean and organized work area and tools Support team production goals and complete additional tasks as assigned Clear, friendly, and on your side.
