Encompass Medical Group is seeking a full-time Medical Billing Customer Service Representative within our central Billing Department located at our Lenexa administrative office. Encompass Medical Group is offering a $500.00 sign-on bonus to ALL new hires who reach the completion of their probationary period AND a $500.00 completion bonus after one full year of service!Working Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri (2 days per week remote) Position Summary: The Medical Billing Customer Service Representative is responsible for the collection and receipt of patient medical bills through the use of strong customer service skills.
