Description Schedule: Mon-Fri | 8:00am - 5:00pm | Full-Time What You Will Do to Change Lives At Pathways to Recovery, we serve 150 adults and Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) who are taking their first steps back into the community after being in long-term locked facilities. As our Registered Nurse, you aren't just checking vitals-you are a critical navigator for people reclaiming their independence. You provide the medical safety net that allows our members to focus on their "health, hopes, and dreams." How You'll Change Lives Empowerment Through Health: You'll provide recovery-focused medical treatment and medication support, teaching members how to manage their own health journey. Community Integration: This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field ensuring members get to the appointments and groups they need to succeed. Clinical Leadership: You'll collaborate closely with physicians and the clinical team to ensure that every "prescribed path" is safe, appropriate, and personalized. Advocacy: You'll serve as a vital link for TAY (ages 16-25) and adults as they navigate the transition from institutional care to a life of autonomy. Schedule: Mon-Fri | 8:00am - 5:00pm | Full-Time Expected starting wage range is $46.50 - $57/hr. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of program operations Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
