Facility: This is a 5 Star CMS Hospital for Quality and a Level II Trauma Center. The facility utilizes EPIC electronic health records and has a strong primary care referral base with an organizational network of twenty-five clinics and five hospitals. Opportunity: Otolaryngology Join an established and growing Otolaryngology team within a stable, clinician-led organization in a community with an exceptional quality of life. Job Details: Join an existing busy practice with three excellent partners, three Advanced Practice Providers, three Audiologists, and a full-time Allergy Nurse Excellent referrals from more than 20 regional centers Scheduled clinic hours: 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday with anticipated 22-27 patients per day Call schedule of 1:5 Dedicated block operating room time each week Surgeries average 40 per physician per month Average inpatient practice volume approximately 0-3 per week Optional trauma call Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
