Job Title: Aerospace Manufacturing Production Technician Location: Burlington, MA Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Shift: 1st Shift | Tuesday – Saturday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pay: $25.00+/hour (based on experience & qualifications) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Aerospace Manufacturing Production Technician to join a growing team in Burlington, MA. This is a hands-on role working with advanced manufacturing equipment and performing precision inspection on small, delicate components used in aerospace applications. Key Responsibilities Operate 3D printing and process equipment for part fabrication Operate CT scan inspection equipment Inspect intricate ceramic and polymer components for defects (visual and dimensional) Accurately record inspection data in MES systems Perform work in accordance with AS9100 quality standards Follow detailed work instructions and procedures with a strong focus on quality Support production schedules and adjust to changing priorities as needed Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues Identify and support process improvements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or Associate degree required Manufacturing or production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small, delicate parts Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures Basic communication skills (written and verbal English required) Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout a ~6,000 sq. ft. production floor Ability to handle and transport fragile components Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend as needed Good vision and hearing required Preferred Experience Experience with 3D printing or additive manufacturing Quality inspection experience (microscopes, measurement tools, etc.) Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or similar) Experience working with hazardous materials in a controlled environment Additional Requirements Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) in compliance with ITAR regulations Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Steel-toe boots required Ability to pass vision and hearing test Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
