Accountant I Daly City, CA 94014 Overview Salary Range $36.92 - $41.85 Hourly Description The Accountant I performs difficult and responsible accounting and auditing work; prepares reports to meet administrative and contractual need; performs related work as required. Essential Job Functions: Responsible for reviewing and preparing invoices for payment Assists in preparing complex and important accounting, auditing, and financial reports, documents and statements Prepares invoices for various kinds of grants and follow-up receipts Assists in the preparation of annual budget proposal Performs bank reconciliation Performs other job duties as required by manager/supervisor. Qualifications Completion of a four-year degree in Accounting or 2 years of work experience in fiscal record keeping and accounting activities Intermediate level usage of Excel, online payment and Microsoft GP Experience in a healthcare setting preferred Language: Must be able to fluently speak, read and write English. Fluent in other languages are an asset. Status: This is an FLSA non-exempt position. This is not an OSHA high-risk position. This is a Full Time position.
