We're seeking a compassionate, skilled PTA to support our Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. What You'll Do Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist patients with mobility, therapeutic exercises, and functional activities Observe and document patient progress, reporting updates to the supervising PT Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Help ensure a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace and step in with additional duties as needed What You Bring An Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program Current PTA license in the state of practice CPR certification Previous rehab or acute care experience (preferred but not required) Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Why join us Financial & Career Growth: Higher education and certification tuition assistance, loan assistance and 401(k) retirement package and company match.
