Must have experience creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) Interact professionally with customers. Respond to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc., courteously and effectively. Process and input customer orders. Produce stock reports to check product availability. Coordinate special and last-minute shipping requests with the Traffic and Operations Departments, expediting any order as necessary . Provide follow-up with other departments to ensure service standards are being met. Prepare shipping and tracing information to customers as required. Maintain damage records and back order logs. Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in the administration of the accounts and between the office and customers regarding invoicing and credit changes.
