Description Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Split Shift Location: Danvers, MA Reports to: Warehouse Manager Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 6pm; Friday 8am - 4:30pm Compensation: Starting Rate: $21.00/hr; Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.00/hr Objective: The Warehouse Worker Split Shift is responsible for stripping retail trailers, stocking product, unloading trucks, building and verifying transfers, and performing other general warehouse duties as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Strip Retail Trailers Monday through Thursday generally start stripping around 3:30pm end by 6pm Stock Non AB bulk and rack locations Warehouses 1,2 and 3 Load and unload all Non AB trailers Stock warehouse in an efficient manner ensuring proper stock rotation and location accuracy Built intercompany transfers Check in intercompany transfers Organization of empty kegs for return to suppliers Repetitive manual handling of half barrels, quarter barrels and cases of beer Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years experience in a warehouse preferred Forklift certification preferred Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking systems Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Flexibility with schedule Core Competencies: Accuracy and attention to detail Time management and organizational skills Safety awareness and compliance Communication and teamwork Adaptability in a fast-paced environment Physical Demands and Work Environment: Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment including, but not limited to, forklift, pallet jack, hand truck Climbing stairs and inclined surfaces on an occasional basis Walking on hard surfaces on a frequent basis Occasional exposure to temperatures ranging from 30 - 100 degrees F on a seasonal basis Two handed lifting of up to 40 pounds from floor to shoulder height on a frequent basis EEO Statement Seaboard Products, a division within Sheehan Family Companies, is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
