Regional Operations Specialist Manada Technologies is a leader in white-labeled national services, specializing in installation, logistics, and integration. We deliver scalable, turnkey solutions to include telecommunications, consumer electronics, smart home, security, and retail industries. We are seeking a driven, execution-focused Regional Operations Specialist to lead operational performance. As a Regional Operations Specialist, you will supervise and manage field installations, ensuring orders/projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and delivering exceptional service. With new opportunities, you will be an essential part of establishing quality installation standards, coordinating and training partner installation teams, and ensuring client satisfaction. In addition, you will provide hands-on leadership and coaching to field installation partners, set standards, monitor performance, and drive operational excellence across your assigned market through management activities, while also actively participating in field installations as needed. Key responsibilities include: Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients within the market. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Proactively manage and address concerns, escalations, and service gaps with urgency and professionalism. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, expectations, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure alignment between company standards and client expectations. Prepare reports and present project and client performance to executive leadership with analysis and recommendations. Active involvement in field operations to ensure service delivery meets company and client quality standards. Implement and enforce quality control processes, audits, and corrective action plans. Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and create and execute improvement strategies. Ensure compliance with safety policies, operational procedures, and company guidelines. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the market. Provide direct leadership, coaching, and accountability to field team members. Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and in-field observations to reinforce standards. Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of field staff. Foster a culture of professionalism, ownership, and operational excellence. Address performance concerns promptly, document appropriately, and develop action plans and procedures to improve performance locally and nationwide. Lead and actively participate in field installations, demonstrating proper techniques and best practices. Provide hands-on installation support during peak demand, new client launches, complex projects, and other evolving business needs. Troubleshoot on-site issues, implement solutions quickly, and ensure operational continuity. Set the example for field teams in professionalism, ownership, and technical execution.
