Provide treatment that help patients' mobility, function, and pain relief, such as therapeutic exercises, functional training, and manual therapy techniques. Observe and record patients' responses to treatment. Work closely with the supervising physical therapist to ensure that the treatment plan is being followed and adapted as necessary based on patient progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions performed and patient progress in accordance with legal, regulatory, and facility requirements. Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state laws and regulations, as well as under the supervision requirements specified by those laws. Qualifications Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy. Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start. Prior experience in outpatient neuro preferred; New Grad acceptable Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans
