Current Opportunities - > Job Description Teller Supervisor - 11th & Cornhusker Hwy Branch (Full Time)Location: Lincoln, NEScheduled hours will vary between 8:15 am - 5:15 pm and 9:15 am - 6:15 pm M-F based on the needs of the branch. Rotating Saturdays from 8:15 am-12:30 pmAs a Cornhusker Bank Teller Supervisor, a typical day will involve the following:Managing the branch in conjunction with the Branch Area Manager including supporting business goals, overseeing training and development, provide guidance and directing activities. You will provide a full range of banking services to help customers meet their financial goals. Will create and enhance long-term customer relationships with both new and existing customers. You will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day issues or concerns regarding the operations and functionality behind the teller line and among the branch staff.This might be your gig if: You enjoy working with people and pride yourself on delivering the best of the best. Advanced education preferred. Minimum two years banking experience to include teller and/or new account experience. 2 years supervisor experience including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning and directing work, performance management and problem resolution. Ability to develop and train staff in operations, customer service, sales, and security and ensure compliance with established bank policies, procedures, and requirements.
