If you're looking for stability, growth, and a close-knit team that values accuracy and professionalism, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a rewarding, long-term role.Why you should work here:Long term growth opportunitiesExcellent benefits once hiredAccounts Receivable Specialist Job Details:Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pmPay Rate: $21-24/hrJob Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-HireLocation: Allentown, PAAccounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the Accounts Receivable processGenerate daily customer invoices and related documentationProcess daily remote depositsEnter data into QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheetsAssist with customer returns and issue creditsPrepare weekly, monthly, and annual sales and A/R reportsInvestigate and resolve payment discrepanciesMake collection calls and manage A/R agingCollaborate with management, sales, and operations to resolve customer issuesMaintain customer files in QuickBooks, internal databases, and physical recordsPerform general clerical duties as neededAccounts Receivable Specialist Requirements: Strong attendance and reliabilityMinimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable or accounting clerk experienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel and OutlookAccurate and efficient data entryExperience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)Ability to work independently and within a small teamPeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
