Are you one of them? We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This role will help in our financial reporting needs within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, compile, and report on SAP Concur expense report submissions for the KHS USA organization. Communications clearly with managers and employees on timely submissions and approvals. Confidently ensure accurate coding of all incoming reports, including appropriate cost center and expense type. Summarize the monthly details, record and post (when approved) into SAP. Download, review, and reconcile various general ledger accounts in Excel format (as assigned). Make approved journal entries into the SAP system. Assist with closing activities such as accrual and prepaid reconciliations (as identified) for month-end and year-end close. Assist with the other various research and resolve of expense spending. Support and assist with process improvements including the development of accounting SOPs. Assist with other various related projects as identified and assigned. Your Profile: An associate degree in accounting (required) or bachelor's degree (preferred). 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred). Proficient with ERP systems (SAP experience a plus) Proficiency in MS Office applications, ie. Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc. Must have strong attention to detail, possess analytical skills, and the willingness to work in a fast-paced setting. Be committed to sharing ideas, providing insight and recommended solutions to day-to-day challenges.
