Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support front desk operations. This role involves interacting with the public, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions. The ideal candidate is bilingual, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the front desk receptionist, greeting and assisting visitors Log and direct customers to appropriate departments Provide and explain forms to customers Accept, date stamp, and file documents accurately Assist customers with payment terminal usage Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate division Maintain a clean and organized reception area Support general administrative and clerical tasks Required Qualifications: Bilingual (mandatory) High School Diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills (Google tools, MS Word, or similar) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively with the public Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Ability to listen, understand, and provide basic guidance Preferred Qualifications: xywuqvp Experience in customer service or front desk roles Experience working in a team environment Prior administrative or clerical experience Work Conditions: Fully on-site role No travel required Standard weekday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Additional Notes: Local candidates only (Phoenix, AZ) No interviews required Must submit: Resume, Right-to-Represent (R2R), and Cover Letter
