Essential Functions Responsible to manage call volume for auto glass by following proper process and procedure to provide efficient, courteous, and professional service. Gather require information and work closely with customer insurance agency. Processes invoices for payment through glass management software system and verify accuracy on invoices. Work with auto glass team and suppliers to trouble shoot any issues that may occur. Order glass / parts for jobs, create technician work schedules for jobs booked, and dispatch work to technicians. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Maintain excellent communication with auto glass team at all times. Develop complete familiarity with department software. Troubleshoot issues with service, parts, vendors, and customers. Remain up to date on changes in auto glass industry that influence the auto glass business. May perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience High School Diploma 1-3 Years Experience Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in auto glass or comparable industry. Working Environment / Minimum Physical Requirements This is primarily an office job. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending and lifting glass (up to 75 pounds). Approximately 98% of time is spent using a video display terminal.
