Our Facilities team plays a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly every day.The OpportunityWe are seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance of our Asheville facilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems in real time, and taking ownership of keeping a building running smoothly.This is not a management or desk-based role. This individual will be actively completing work orders, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventative maintenance across multiple locations.The right person will be adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable handling a wide range of maintenance tasks from HVAC work to general facility repairs.Key Responsibilities: Respond to and complete preventative and corrective maintenance work orders using our CMMS system (Limble)Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs across building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenanceComplete a variety of general facility repairs, including:Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and address issues proactivelySupport HVAC maintenance and repairs (certification not required; training and certification support provided)Prioritize and manage daily workload across multiple Aeroflow locations in the Asheville areaDocument all work performed within the work order system, ensuring accuracy and timely updatesRespond to facility-related issues or emergencies quickly to minimize operational disruptionMaintain compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirementsMaintain HIPAA/patient confidentialityRegular and reliable attendance as assigned by your scheduleOther duties as assignedSkills for SuccessStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage workloadComfortable performing a wide range of hands-on maintenance tasks (not limited to one trade)Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work environmentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyRequired Qualifications3-8 years of hands-on facilities, building maintenance, or trade experience (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or similar)Demonstrated ability to perform maintenance and repairs independently (not solely overseeing vendors)Basic computer skills (email, work order systems, documentation)Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditionsValid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR required as part of the background check)Preferred QualificationsHVAC experience or certification (EPA 608, NATE, or similar)OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to obtain within first 90 days)Experience using a CMMS system (e.g., Limble)Manufacturer certifications (Trane, Carrier, Daikin, etc.What we look forWe are looking for a dependable, hands-on team member who takes pride in their work and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
