This role oversees daily clinic operations, staffing, budgeting, and caregiver performance while ensuring efficient, high-quality workflows and ongoing regulatory readiness. The Program Manager partners closely with clinical, finance, quality, and analytics teams to drive program growth, performance improvement, and enhanced patient access and experience, while building strong internal and external relationships that support the success of the transplant program.Position QualificationsBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or related field required, Master's Degree preferred.Three years' experience in healthcare operations, program administration, or clinic leadership required.Prior people-management experience required.Computer experience required.Experience with performance improvement, data-driven operations, or regulated clinical programs strongly preferred.Why ChristianaCareDo you want to make a meaningful, system-level impact on patient care and outcomes?
