About the Position The Procurement & Logistics Analyst will support purchasing, supply chain execution, and logistics planning for both new and existing solar sites across the portfolio. This role ensures timely,cost-effective sourcing and delivery of PV system components nationwide. The analyst will work cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and energy teams (O&M) to aid in consistent and timely material movement throughout. Key Responsibilities * Support sourcing and procurement of solar PVEquipment (modules, inverters, racking, BOS, transformers, switchgear, wire/cable, monitoring). * Manage RFQs, vendor quotes, bid evaluations, and price/term negotiations. * Work with technical teams to ensure materials meet project requirements and industry standards (e.g., IEC, Certifications). * Track purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery commitments. * Coordinate freight, logistics scheduling, warehousing, and site deliveries. * Track shipments and resolve delivery delays, damage claims, or exceptions. * Maintain procurement trackers, equipment schedules, and supplier performance metrics. * Support pre-construction budgeting through pricing research and quantity estimates. * Manage RMA/warranty coordination with Energy Team and distributors. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. * 2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or inventory control (renewables, construction, or electrical distribution preferred). * Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills. * Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
