Our organization thrives on a "people-first" philosophy, offering a reliable and flexible environment for professionals who view hospitality as a career, not just a job. We are seeking a high-caliber General Manager to lead daily operations for our high-volume concepts. This role is designed for a leader who balances "big picture" financial strategy with the "boots-on-the-ground" grit required to maintain a culture of excellence. The Role As the General Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the operation, overseeing both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH). You aren't just managing shifts; you are mentoring leaders, optimizing P&Ls, and ensuring every guest experience aligns with our high standards. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily functions, ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen and service teams. Team Leadership: Drive recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training. You are responsible for inspiring a culture of accountability and professional growth. Strategic Scheduling: Manage labor targets and schedules to align with net revenue goals without compromising service quality. Financial Stewardship: Oversee weekly inventory, vendor relationships, and procurement to ensure competitive pricing and minimal waste. Facility Oversight: Maintain a pristine environment; manage preventative maintenance and vendor repairs to ensure the longevity of our physical assets. Revenue Growth: Handle inquiries for private events and catering, providing accurate quotes for staffing, rentals, and menus. Who You Are An expert communicator who can provide "redirecting feedback" with grace. A "fixer" who can jump into service when equipment fails or the floor gets slammed. A detail-oriented professional who understands that the "little things" (cleanliness, organization, safety) define the brand. A culture-builder who leads by example rather than by mandate. How to Apply To maintain the confidentiality of this search, please follow these instructions precisely: Resume: Submit an up-to-date PDF tailored to this leadership role. Cover Letter: Briefly explain why your leadership style is a fit for a sustainable, multi-unit group. Please include your general availability (weekend availability is highly valued).
