We're searching for like-minded, energetic, mission-focused Family Practice Providers to join our dedicated team to accommodate growth and additional access to health care for our patient base of over 10,000. ACHS currently has 20 providers providing medical and behavioural health care, accompanied by a robust team of clinical and non-clinical support personnel EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • Licensed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in the State of New Hampshire. • Graduate of master's degree level nurse practitioner or physician assistant program.
