Why You’ll Love It Here Doctor-owned practice Full clinical autonomy with support when you want it Strong mentorship and collaborative culture Consistent patient flow and a full schedule Health insurance CE allowance / Tuition (up to $5,000) Gym Membership Allowance Experienced clinical and administrative support staff Compensation: 33% of net adjusted production Willing to sponsor What You’ll Do Diagnose, treatment plan, and provide comprehensive dental care Deliver high-quality, patient-focused dentistry using advanced materials and techniques Collaborate with fellow doctors and the full care team to ensure excellent outcomes Maintain compliance with current professional standards, policies, and protocols Continue developing your clinical skills through CE and training opportunities Participate in community outreach initiatives as needed What We’re Looking For DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program Active dental license in the state of practice (or eligible for licensure) CPR, DEA, and other state-required certifications A patient-first mindset and a collaborative approach to care Compensation: $200,000-$250,000/hour
