A growing, well-established quick service restaurant brand is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the daily operations of a high-volume location in the Nashville area. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining strong operational standards. The Assistant General Manager will partner closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, team development, and consistent execution of company standards. ?Assistant General Manager Compensation and Benefits Base salary targeted around $55,000 annually Performance-based bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision benefits available Paid time off and holiday pay Career growth opportunities with an expanding brand Ongoing leadership development and training programs Supportive and team-oriented work environment Assistant General Manager Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience in quick service or fast casual environments Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop hourly team members Strong understanding of restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and food safety Experience managing high-volume environments while maintaining quality and service standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, weekends, and holidays ServSafe certification or ability to obtain upon hire Assistant General Manager Responsibilities Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring operational excellence Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service Assist with scheduling, labor management, and staffing to ensure efficient operations Monitor food quality, safety, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to support profitability goals Address guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner Assist with onboarding and ongoing training to develop a strong, high-performing team Step in as acting leader in the General Managers absence to maintain smooth operations
