Forklift Operator We are looking for a precise and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. You won't just be "driving"; you'll be the backbone of our inventory flow, ensuring that materials are moved efficiently, stored safely, and shipped out on time. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a "safety-first" mindset, you'll fit right in. Key Responsibilities: Material Handling: Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage areas using sit-down or stand-up forklifts. Order Picking: Efficiently pull orders from high-bay racking to prepare for outgoing distribution. Inventory Integrity: Perform cycle counts and ensure all movements are logged accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Equipment Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately. Safety Leadership: Maintain a clean work environment and adhere strictly to OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols. Skills and Experience: Experience: Minimum of 2 years operating powered industrial trucks (Sit-down, Stand-up Reach, or Cherry Picker). Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (or the ability to pass our in-house certification). Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment that may involve varying temperatures. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with RF scanners and basic digital inventory systems. Reliability: A track record of stellar attendance and punctuality.
