Now Hiring: Production Associates & Machine Operators Harrisburg through Mechanicsburg, PA We are currently hiring Production Associates and Machine Operators for multiple facilities in the Harrisburg and Mechanicsburg PA area. All shifts are available, offering flexible schedules and opportunities for long-term employment. Open Roles Include: Production Associate Machine Operator Line Operator Packaging / Assembly Manufacturing Support (Positions may vary by facility) Job Responsibilities: Operate production or manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Set up, run, and monitor machines according to production standards Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet daily production goals and team expectations Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred (not always required) Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Willingness to work assigned shift, including overtime if needed Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to follow written and verbal instructions High school diploma or GED preferred Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on role, shift, and experience) Shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts Weekly or bi-weekly pay options (depending on employer) Overtime opportunities Temp-to-hire and direct hire opportunities available Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and paid time off upon eligibility Apply now!
