Key Responsibilities Lead daily onsite operations and drive all field activities. Coordinate trades, subcontractors, materials, and equipment. Maintain schedules, enforce safety, and uphold quality standards. Solve problems in real time and manage P&L‑affecting decisions. Oversee industrial construction disciplines (civil, structural, electrical, mechanical). Communicate effectively with internal teams and project stakeholders.
