Description Westaff is hiring Material Handlers in Quincy, MA Benefits to our Westaff Associates: Medical Dental Vision Retirement Savings Plan FREE online Classes WEEKLY PAY Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm $19.50 Key Responsibilities of the Material Handler / Demo: • Accurately process and fulfill internal demo inventory requests designated for NFHU. • Safely handle, transact, and move materials within a controlled warehouse environment. • Perform inventory adjustments and transactions in the warehouse management system. • Maintain accurate documentation and records to ensure audit readiness and compliance. • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements. • Support efficient warehouse operations by ensuring timely and precise material flow. • Uphold Client Quality Policy in all daily activities. • Collaborate with warehouse leadership and team members to resolve discrepancies and meet operational needs. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling practices at all times. • Lifting, standing, bending, reaching, required. • Use of computer devices, printers, product handling device-pallet jacks, other equipment as required. • Communicate via email to requesters to provide updates on order status. • Update and monitor Inventory Request Tool • Prepare and pack demo orders to be shipped. MUST HAVE STRONG COMPUTER EXPERIENCE
