Village Caregiving Opportunities Village Caregiving is looking for experienced caregivers to assist clients with non-skilled, non-medical care in their home. We are looking to hire to help clients in Xenia, Ohio and surrounding areas. PRN, part-time or full-time available. Responsibilities include helping clients take prescribed medication, assisting with ambulation and mobility, providing personal care and hygiene, helping with physical therapy and other recommended exercises, doing shopping or accompanying clients when needed, performing light housekeeping duties including preparing meals, collecting information about conditions and treatment plans, reporting unusual incidents, acting quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency. Requirements include previous caregiver experience of 1 year or longer that can be verified or an active STNA license, current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification preferred but not required, willingness to adhere to health and safety standards, knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints, respect and compassion with a good bedside manner, outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills, physical endurance to complete required tasks, high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.
