CNC Machinist We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be integral to our operations, working with both existing and new state-of-the-art CNC machines. Your expertise will contribute to our high-quality production, renowned for serving various industries for over 50 years. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, with 2-4 axis configurations. Read and interpret blueprints to machine parts with tight tolerances. Conduct 1st article inspection using micrometers and calipers. Manage machine changeovers and tool adjustments. Order parts from quality control and set up CNC fixtures. Run first part checks and ensure machine accuracy before completing the full order. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a state-of-the-art CNC machine shop with a focus on safety and organization. Our facility boasts new lighting fixtures and safety markers to ensure a comfortable work environment. Available shifts include Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 4:30 PM and Sunday evening through Thursday morning from 8 PM to 6:30 AM, with a 10% shift premium and additional differential for night shifts. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Westfield, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50336.00 - $57200.00/yr. Health, dental, vision, 401k and paid PTO.
