Warehouse Worker

Customization Line Operator Join a large, fast-paced warehouse operation where products are customized, repacked, and prepared for customer-specific orders. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, following instructions, and building palletized orders for shipment. What You'll Do Repack and customize products to customer specifications Stack cases onto pallets based on exact order requirements (ex: box height, width, and layout) Shrink-wrap, tag, and prepare pallets for outbound shipment Follow written and verbal instructions accurately (English required) Perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks in a team environment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Support overall warehouse operations as needed What We're Looking For Ability to understand and follow instructions in English Comfort with physical work, including lifting and standing Attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset Warehouse, production, or general labor experience is helpful but not required Nice to Have Previous warehouse or packing experience Familiarity with palletizing or rework/customization tasks Multilingual skills (Spanish or French helpful but not required) Work Environment Clean, safety-focused warehouse Non-climate controlled, but fans and cooling measures provided Steel-toed boots required PPE provided (eye protection, hearing protection, vests) Dress Code: shorts and short-sleeve shirts allowed (no hoodies or strings) Family-oriented, diverse workplace with strong employee tenure Why You'll Love Working Here Clean, organized environment Training provided for the role Room to grow into other warehouse positions Strong benefits package when eligible Supportive team with experienced coworkers Flexible and employee-friendly workplace culture Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Branch, IA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
