Key Responsibilities: Hands-On ADL Support Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityalways protecting dignity. Home Environment & Infection Control Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space. Medication & Symptom Monitoring Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse. Therapeutic Engagement Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness. Accurate Documentation Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends. What You'll Need to Succeed: Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate). Minimum 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach clients' homes. CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days). Clear, confident communication and a passion for relationship-centered care.
