General Manager – Aplós Oxford Aplós Simple Mediterranean is seeking an Opening General Manager to lead our new Oxford, MS location. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building a team, establishing culture, and driving performance in a high-volume restaurant environment. Our existing locations generate between $5M and $7.5M in annual sales, and the Oxford location is expected to perform at a similar level. We are looking for a proven operator who can lead from the front, execute systems at a high level, and take ownership of the business. Responsibilities Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team Lead daily operations with a focus on consistency, speed, and hospitality Manage labor, food cost, and overall financial performance Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained Drive catering and community engagement in the Oxford market Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and pride Qualifications 3+ years experience as a General Manager or equivalent leadership role Experience in high-volume restaurants preferred Strong understanding of labor management, food cost, and financials Proven leadership and team development skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Compensation Total compensation ranges from $80,000 to $150,000+ , including base salary and performance-based incentives.
