Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated ability to evaluate, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions for post-acute and chronic conditions preferred. Familiarity with documentation requirements and electronic medical records systems preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
