Position Overview We are currently building our pool of compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who value personal growth, professional development, and delivering exceptional, client-centered care. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with daily living activities Support client independence while ensuring safety and well-being Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and document as required Communicate effectively with clients, families, and Dharma Home Care staff All Shifts Available Hourly Caregivers Needed Hourly Care: Starting at $19.50/hour Flexible Schedules: Full-time, part-time, or per diem (subject to shift availability) What We Offer? Physical Ability: Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of this position. Transportation: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance. References: Must provide at least two verifiable professional references. Work History: Must provide verifiable employment history for the past 12 months. Background Check: Must successfully pass a national criminal background check (including any additional screenings required by the State of New Jersey). Health Requirements: Must provide proof of the following: Valid physical examination within the last year Negative TB test or chest X-ray Proof of MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination
