Manufacturing Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pottstown, PA, for a Manufacturing Engineer. The Manufacturing Engineer will oversee and enhance manufacturing processes, support the development of mechanical and industrial engineering solutions, and lead process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include implementing and optimizing all manufacturing operations, ensuring product quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and sustain efficient production systems. Qualifications In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and proficiency in Mechanical Engineering techniques Provide daily technical support to production, troubleshoot equipment and process failures Implement new products to production from design to manufacture Proficient in SolidWorks, MS office and ERP systems Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering is preferred Strong problem solving skills, developing jigs/fixturing and attention to detail Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and communicate technical concepts clearly Create, update SOP's and in-process routings
