Welders 1st shift Temp - Hire

Welders should be experienced in hardwire and/or metal core. We currently do not do fluxcore welding but may in the future. Experience with using jib cranes, overhead cranes, and forklifts is important. Having knowledge of AWS D1.1 is a plus as we need to certify our welders to that. For reference AWS is the American Welding Society-It sets the requirements for the fabrication & erection of welded structures, covering material specs, welding procedures, welder qualifications, inspection, and testing methods.Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Qualifications Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
