Production Assistant The Production Assistant is a full-time, entry-level role in Franklin, TN, reporting to the Production Manager. Responsibilities Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Validate material orders for accuracy and timely delivery. Assist the Production Manager with scheduling. Supervise job sites, ensuring safety compliance and quality execution, documenting process. Source materials, manage inventory, and coordinate supplier pickups and returns. Maintain job site cleanliness post-project completion. Conduct pre-, during-, and post-project photo documentation. Facilitate communication between management, sales, clients, and subcontractors. Address client issues promptly and professionally. Enforce company safety standards and industry regulations. Complete the Production Job Checklist for each project. Qualifications 1+ years of project management experience (construction/roofing industry preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
