Why This Opportunity Stands Out Competitive pay up to $23.50 per hour Contract-to-hire with clear potential for permanent placement Stable, team-oriented accounting environment Opportunity to make an immediate impact in a high-volume AP function Supportive leadership and well-defined processes Key Responsibilities Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Perform invoice matching, including purchase orders and receiving documents Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries Prepare and process check runs, ACH, and other payment methods Reconcile vendor statements and ensure timely payments Maintain organized and compliant accounts payable records Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments Assist with month-end close activities as needed Qualifications 13+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience Experience working in a high-volume invoice environment Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems; three-way matching experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Professional written and verbal communication skills About You You are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in accurate work.
