Forklift Operator / Material Handler Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 16.00 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 03:30pm) Safely operate forklifts to move pallets of mulch, soil, and landscaping materials throughout the facility and yard. Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are stacked securely and accurately. Supply production lines with required materials and remove finished goods for staging or storage. Complete basic documentation, follow inventory procedures, and communicate material shortages or issues. Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all equipment and safety guidelines. Forklift Operator / Material Handler Qualifications: Previous forklift experience preferred; certification is helpful but not always required. Ability to operate sit down forklifts safely while handling heavy or uneven palletized materials. Must follow all safety procedures and be comfortable working in outdoor or dusty production areas. Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment. High school diploma preferred.
