What You'll Do as an Electrical Assembler Assemble electrical components, wire harnesses, and control panels Install wiring, breakers, busbars, and related parts Use hand tools and power tools to build and modify assemblies Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Perform basic electrical testing (multimeters or visual inspection) Follow safety, quality, and work instruction standards Support production goals in a fastpaced manufacturing environment What We're Looking For (Entry Level - Training Provided) This Electrical Assembler position does not require advanced experience. Ideal candidates will have: Basic electrical knowledge (school, training, or handson exposure) Experience using hand tools and power tools Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and/or wiring diagrams Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation to the Hanover, MD facility High school diploma or GED • Preferred (Not Required) Assembly, manufacturing, or technician experience Exposure to electrical wiring, panels, or harnesses Trade school, vocational training, or technical coursework Why Work with PeopleShare?
