This role focuses on supporting students with a variety of developmental and physical challenges to enhance their educational experience and promote independence. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students. Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Document student progress and update treatment plans accordingly. Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning. Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy license. Experience working as an OT in a school environment. Strong understanding of pediatric therapeutic techniques and school-based services. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to travel assignments and new environments.
