Occupational Therapist - Pediatrics Arkansas Full-time Monday-Friday Are you a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist looking for a collaborative mission-driven team where you can truly make an impact? Join our growing outpatient pediatric therapy program serving children ages 0-5 with developmental delays and disabilities in a thriving Arkansas community. Position Highlights Work-Life Balance Monday-Friday schedule (or 3 day/4 day week options) No weekends 8am - 5pm Desirable Practice Setting Outpatient pediatric therapy center State-of-the-art therapy gym Sensory rooms Feeding lab Adaptive equipment Dedicated therapist offices Collaborative, Mission-Driven Environment Strong interdisciplinary model Work alongside Speech-Language Pathologists Autism testing services available onsite Supportive and mentor-focused culture Excellent communication skills for patient care education and collaboration with families and healthcare providers. Experience supporting childrens development through early intervention initiatives is highly desirable.
