Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Outpatient Community Health Titusville, PA A highly respected and mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) part of one of the largest community-based networks in Pennsylvania is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join its behavioral health team in Titusville, PA.
