This role offers a balanced structure of approximately 50% direct patient care and 50% in-basket and panel management, allowing for meaningful continuity and relationship-building with patients. Providers manage their own panel while supporting team-based care, with an average of patients per half day. The position operates Monday through Friday with minimal call (1 in 9 weekends) and includes flexibility across nearby clinic locations.
