The facility features a 32-bed department with strong support for outpatient women's health care and maintains high standards for patient care and provider satisfaction.Opportunity:Advanced Practice - Physician Assistant - Women's Health, Nurse Practitioner - Women's HealthJob Details:• Full-time outpatient women's health position with 12 patient encounters per shift• Monday to Friday schedule, 8AM-5PM with one hour lunch break• Option for 4/10 schedule if preferred• Must be trained and experienced in women's health including IUD placement & removals• Perform endometrial biopsies and provide obstetrical care• See all new OB patients for first visits including dating & viability ultrasounds (60-minute visits)• Conduct OB appointments at 16 and 28 weeks and other visits as needed• Provide birth control visits including IUD insertions/removals and Nexplanon procedures• Handle general gynecology complaints and annual women's health exams• Conduct mental health screenings• Must be licensed in Washington state or hold IMLC• Board certification required with ACLS and BLS certifications• Credentialing process takes 30-90 days; assignment begins upon completion• Hospital privileges not required for this outpatient-only position• Overtime applies after 40 hours per weekCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
