Surgery - General Nurse Practitioner

Compensation: $179 per hourlyJob Overview:Job ID: "PAY RATES SHOWN ARE BLENDED PAY RATES"Specialty: Cardiothoracic NP Start Date: As soon as credentialedContract Length: 3-6 months, ongoing Shift Details: Night shift 6p-6:30a, no call.no OR coverageSchedule: At least 2 shifts needed per week Work Details: Support Staff: CTS surgery team.They will be the solo NP on site during the night shift Patients per day: 15-25.Varies on day. Patient Population/Age: Adults, no Peds Department Description: NP will perform these standardized procedures in these areas: Critical Care Dept, ER, Telemetry Units, Med-surg units and outpatient clinic.Must be able to perform all simple procedures as well as some advanced procedures such as removal of wound pump, removal of pacing wire, etc. EMR: EPIC Special Procedures: Skills Required: Prefers at least 1-2 years in surgical experience and background with cardiothoracic surgery or other cardiac experience/surgical background.Travel Logistics: Specific travel client will pay for: All inclusive rate Requirements: Board Certification: Required License Required: CA license required DEA: Required Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS Minimum Experience Required: 1-2 yearsCredentialing Timeframe: 60 days.Expedited will be considered on an as needed basis.
