Key Responsibilities: Cover urology call duties, including rounding on approximately 2-4 inpatient cases.Manage outpatient and inpatient patient care, ensuring comprehensive treatment and follow-up.Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes.Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.Required Skills: Current Physician Assistant (PA) license or eligibility.Proven experience in urology or a related specialty.Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience with hospital rounding in a urology setting.Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.Certifications such as ACLS or PALS.Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Physician Assistant studies or Nursing.Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, with preference for those with urology specialization.Past experience in an inpatient/outpatient hybrid role is advantageous.Other Requirements: Preference given to candidates with active PA licensure.Ability to work scheduled shifts starting on 04/02/2026.Willingness to participate in call rotations.Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and ongoing professional development.This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in urology within a supportive and innovative environment.
