Dermatology Nurse Practitioner

Irradiance Medical Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join its growing team in Los Angeles, California. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a dedicated dermatology team in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, delivering high-quality care across general, medical, and cosmetic dermatology.RESPONSIBILITIESEvaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a broad range of general and medical dermatology conditionsPerform common dermatology procedures including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and other in-office treatmentsConduct cosmetic consultations and administer aesthetic treatments such as neurotoxins and dermal fillers (experience preferred)Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physiciansMaintain thorough, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) systemEducate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, skincare regimens, and preventive careAdhere to all clinical protocols, regulatory guidelines, and practice compliance standardsQUALIFICATIONSCurrent, unrestricted PA-C or NP license in the state of California (required)Board certification from NCCPA (PA) or relevant nursing board (NP) requiredMinimum 1-2 years of dermatology clinical experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with medical and cosmetic dermatology proceduresProficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first approachAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environmentCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSIrradiance Medical Group offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation package, including:Competitive compensationMedical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid vacationMalpractice insurance (covered)401(k) with matchingCME allowance Experience:Dermatology: 2 years (Preferred)Ability to Commute:Los Angeles, CA 90013 (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:Los Angeles, CA 90013: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
