Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures. Skills / Education / Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. High school diploma or GED required. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment. Basic computer skills; experience with call center or dispatch systems preferred.
