Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate Location: Franklin, MA Job Type: Full-Time Pay: 1st Shift: $20/hour, 2nd Shift: $22/hour Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and versatile Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are not only experienced with forklift operation, but also comfortable performing a wide range of warehouse duties including picking, scanning, receiving, and general facility support. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced warehouse environment where flexibility, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential. Key Responsibilities Read work orders, pick tickets, and follow instructions to accurately select and stage outbound products Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed Load, unload, and receive inbound shipments safely and efficiently Scan, label, and stock inventory in appropriate warehouse locations Pick and prepare orders for shipment or pickup Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage and report any issues Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments Ensure all products are properly staged and organized Additional Duties Assist with general warehouse operations including cleaning and organizing work areas Move trash and maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors at the end of each shift Support managers with special projects and additional tasks as needed Follow all company safety policies and report hazards promptly Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred (shipping/receiving, picking, or inventory) Forklift experience or willingness to learn required Core Skills & Competencies Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Solid organizational and time management skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong communication and teamwork skills Bilingual skills are a plus Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to lift, push, and pull materials and perform repetitive tasks Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and standing for extended periods Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with concrete floors and varying temperatures Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts Why Join Us?
